Michelle "Shell" Renee Moss was fortunate to have been born to the late Edward Keith Moss and Ada Jackson Moss in Danville, Virginia on November 15, 1970.

Michelle received her formal education from East Davidson High School in Thomasville, North Carolina. She later furthered her education at Davidson County Community College and High Point University in High Point, North Carolina.

Michelle accepted Christ as her Personal Savior and was united with Central United Methodist Church, Thomasville, North Carolina.

“Shell” was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Senior Marketing Associate. In her leisure, she enjoyed being with her three children, hanging with friends and family, traveling to the beach, learning to ride a motorcycle, cooking, and waiting for football season to start to support the Pittsburgh Steelers. She was a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business Administration in 2007.

A Heavenly angel came to Hinkle Hospice House on Monday, September 14, 2015 to claim one of God’s most precious angels, Michelle Renee Moss, to go from labor to a great heavenly reward. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Keith Moss-April 2015, her maternal grandparents, Joshua Sr. and Elmo Jackson; her paternal grandparents, John and Sadie Moss; two uncles, George Moss and John Moss and one aunt, Miriam Richardson.

Left to cherish her precious and wonderful memories; her children, Emrick, Shaniya and Tavion; her mother, Ada Jackson Moss; granddaughter, Malaya Moss-Brown; one Goddaughter, Tamaya Green; one uncle, Joshua Jackson, Jr. (Paula); four aunts, Katherine J. Humphries (Arthur), Joan Jackson, Jennifer J. Beatty (Ronald) and Patricia M. Reid (Francis); her special friend, Kevin “Jody” Johnson and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life will be 12 Noon Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Central United Methodist Church. A viewing will be half an hour prior. Burial will follow at Carolina Biblical Gardens. A public viewing will be Friday, September 18, 2015 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
